Well, without much information, this is tricky... First things first, evaluate yourself and make sure you're not playing any childish flirtatious games. Now that that's out of the way, it's time to evaluate yo relationship. As you know, relationships are built on trust and three months, although it does seem long, isn't long at all. I would sit him down and describe what kind of relationship you want and how he makes you feel when he accuses you of being or acting in a non trusting way.
